  19. He only isnt a visa and permit because a lot now seems on " take our word bruh" and mean it without given needed documentation and officiating it seriously, you should give with it. If bureaucracy is a nightmare it should at least officiate it oficially ok. Ok i know bureaucracy is always complained and yeah everywhere can get redicilous, its the down to the structure bureaucracy exists in, and complaining to a degree is healthy, but a permit to stay should be official enough for other countries enough too.
