  1. I mean mafias often too try to stay on peoples good side with stuff. Plus it really makes sense if a drug cartel wants safe drug use that their customers stay alive and well enough. Honestly the getting into the lifestyle advice seems just a youtube evolution.

  4. moriarty is a real druglord with a reputation, dunno if thats an actor, but if he is at least hired as strange pr and heath advice evolving. Anfrew tate is goofy and look how he is a monster. There is no reason druglords cant be goofy weirdos, hell a lot people that do notr great businesses, are weird.

  5. Dunno maybe he is legit a part of a cartel that wants their users be safer that they dont die and keep being healthy customers and care about quality? Its not impossible he is a cartel mascot with some concerns about customer really living up in the role in weird ways. Like maybe some weird pr cartel stunt and wanting less dead users? Ok weird things happened, maybe the dude just lived up as a rolemodel and loves the attention that he really wants to live up. Look at andrew tate, people can be run criminal businesses and be hella weird. And apearently moriarty has a reputation as druglord, but whenever thats him or just an actor, and a weird pr and less dead users stunt , that drug lord seems to enjoy being seen as folkhero.
