To be fair, while it wasnt as systemic probably, its not like tribes werent having conlicts. And all that could cause to get really mad. So about that portrayal, it would be condecending tribe arent capable o violence. Becaue as that show is, everyone is.
Also tbin can be right and gone mad. And it being the judges doing. They all can be true. Which honestly would be more cruel.
As can he judge believe that , that he saw him as, that he blueved him being a traitor to his philosophy. H i clearly projecting a lot.
Also the dance, is life. An the man, managed to ecape that mindset into more positive nohilim by inding meaning, fittingly inspired by a priest. Tht wasnt really a priest. Not that its about religion that gives meaning, just fitting. And i think its still sucessful by the man , even if you never know how that dance goes, worth it.
Also the judge clearly is very symbolic too for th worst o raw violence. And that it catches up with people, but hat at the end of th day most people mallow down. There is a positivity how people turn away from his expectations. That he is testing the gang and its really telling how much it taks an ho much they really motly want to settle. An how even with help the man becomes free mostly , thats a win, even if like life , younever know.
Even more i the kid did very much hesitate and stayed decent kinda, tht would make him the most liklely to like inspir tobin that thr is good, that that might mallow thm out a bit, even that would make him have an impact. And people die. Even i thr wa jut good in him that would have changed the world even i he is flawed.
