Yes wagner is assimilated, but also it stillexists strong, and progozin did that, and is free, out there. Saying he regrets nothing. Still mking like hard for shoigo by ridiculing and accusing him being at fault. So the consequences, wagner still recruits and is popular than ever. And progozin, is free.
