  2. That, thats exactly way, weaponized shame and trying to downplaying how severe the problems are. I get people not wanting to admit they were homeless, but , its two things used generally to play it down, on purpose.

  3.  @justcommenting4981  If yiou are in an apartement you legally live and pay, or someone else, you are housed. I mean if you legallly are living there and have an adress there. Its still homeless doing couchsurfing to get by and having none.
