@Oliver Twist Is it a joke, was it ever verified to be a jokea and doe it matter if its not clear its a joke? Because its not if, and practically the same as if he were serious. I mean even if it were a joke, he was not clearly tating it as such so its not a defence. (Especially given its very in line for him to say, we cant know if its a joke so that doent matter.) And yes he has that much responsibility.

He also refused aid trump in helping him in his election which of cause trump withdrew aid. And nationality needs to be kept in check, that said zelenky has now any reason to appeal to it.

@jonadam9740 It didnt stop him from abnexing the krimm And he did allow erdogan to fight the war on kurds by withdrawing that soldiers erdogan would never have fought, as buffer, he did help a dictator there commit genicide .
