  6. To be clear , in some areas not giving a crap is healthy, but not at all, is not. And have you tried to force caring for yourself( if the work leaves any energy) I mean sounds still crap but less crapoy with a maybe better perspective, ok i cant promise anythibg, but you wont know if you dont try making it better.
