Its pretty common to have fish with head and having whole scampy isnt unusual as well, you yeah if you have a cat, they eat the head usually, and you could eat it i guess but the cat likes it too. or just cut it off. And scampi thats just the traditional way, if morw whole usually Yoiu, remove the legs and if more , off the dead, off the tail and off the legs. and scrape off the backskin. and great. and thermae culture is nice, mixed even as, usually ther is an inspoken , or said rule to not make people uncomfortable.
