Its insane jut taking a building you would buld with cement and use tofumaterial instead :( and lik if thre is any majot flood in europe, that ismajor news. its inane tht it isnt in china in a mega flood. oh god that water was sent to a highly populated area?!  Congrats to e on the jordan harringer show again.

  6. also infrstructures can have like canalitation built and systms to eliviat a lot of flooding in worst case. and not built tofu buildings.

  7. Thatwould require regulation and like planing of waterways done to safe avoid most of the brunt. or calanisations. which i dont think sadly willhappen with that government :(

  8. Germans do quality productions for the most part. And to be robust. And while its very possible an emperor had better sense of planning flooding protection, its still wild. Through i guss canal systems help a looot.
