@James_36 ANY wild animal?
Lemmings are wild.
Chickens were once wild, and still are in parts of the world. As are things like the fennec fox, and red and grey squirrels. Fish tend to grow wild and very few species grow large enough to kill a man, as most birds. Fatal attacks by large fish like sturgeons are possible but rare, as are kills by ostriches and cassowaries.
Basically, bears, big cats and venomous reptiles, some spiders and scorpions, crocodilians and sharks are most of the threats. Elephants, Hippopotamuses, and large cattle and deer species make up most of the rest. Horses were only small until we bred them big, so they don't count.
Most other species men can physically overpower or at least scare away.
As for bigger, more dangerous game? This would of course be why we invented spears.
