Divorces, moves to Florida, to stay with "a friend um", abandons her kids doing so, puts in a claim for 50/50 time knowing damn well the husband can't get 50/50 despite her claims So is she expecting the kids will travel interstate between multiple schools? Or is she only applying for 50/50 so that she doesn't have to pay child support with her new "a friend um"? Damn right that dude should apply for full custody, and keep the stable family home for the kids that he though he had until she filed for divorce to move in with "a friend um". And she was trying to hide her address in Florida so that he couldn't sort out what was best for the kids with a court order? How did she think she was going to get HER proposed divorce arrangements through without an address? The most obvious question why would the judge give her custody over the kids without a stable address?
