  1. Pass probability is too high as they're far from equally matched by gender. Otherwise it is reasonably close to accurate

  2. Given the real world scenarios that this leads to it is at best mildly better. Unless people start seeing people leaving and what their true market value is they'll remain unrealistic. This probably includes me and many other guys, so don't take this as a black pill thing.
