  1. You took a drink at the wrong moment. 7:10 on the video, guys. The Kimberley region, and the adjacent Pilbara, has some of the oldest cratons, or pieces of crust, on the world, along with some of Greenland. As such, it's one of the few places where Earth's original crust is still pretty much intact. A lot of interesting early earth history in WA. Not just fossil dinosaur prints. You've also got stromatolites, which are to blame for our oxygen atmosphere that still are visible in the coastal waters of WA. Much of the surface of Western Australia has been in place since over 4 billion years ago.
