  2. Funnily enough when I go to buy a length of pipe it comes in roughly 1.5m, 1.8 m, 2.1 m and 2.4 m lengths. That's 5 feet, 6 feet, 7 feet (rarer) and 8 feet. We haven't got rid of all of the imperial measurements yet, even if we label them in metric. And if you don't believe me why is your pot of beer a weird 285ml?
