  1. There should be a meochanism whereby the tax credit is measured against the support. Small child support dollars and all that. This can work both ways. To correct this there should be the ability to renegotiate child support accordingly. Other than that I 100% agree with it. If you're supporting the chiold you should be able to claim being the one supporting the child.
