  2. It is quite disturbing is how many Americans have forgotten the specter of fascism. It is chilling how many of the American people embraced it in the leadup to 1939, and then how your nation sat out the war until forced into it by the Pearl Harbor attack well over 2 years later. But by far the most chilling thing, is how many people embrace it today, while instead believing the people standing for democracy, the constitution, freedom and the rule of law are the fascists. So many people, sadly so ignorant on what the words they say mean and what history shows us.
