Hey there, thank you all for watching, this was a brutal experiment for me but a massively eye opening one that I hope you all get something out of!! Much love and have a great week ⚡️🙏

To be honest I really only exaggerated at iHOP to try to make watching me eat a little less stale/repetitive. There was also other people there with me that whole table wasn't just for me. But I really didn't eat more than finishing the basic meal I ordered each time. My average meal was just a burger, fries + a soda, usually no desert as I was totally full. Never finished the soda and didn't finish the fries if I was full. On Ammar's side he was trying to make a point in learning how to cook + eating very diverse meals. Again, just like the intro voice over stated a few times, we're taking a diet experiment to an extreme we weren't trying to eat mildly healthy and unhealthy meals or else this video would be pretty damn boring :) - Thomas

Appreciate the feedback! So a few notes: after speaking to the nutritionists and a few doctors, 7 days isn't really enough to see any drastic changes in blood work, so we decided not to do it in the end. We did do scans beforehand but my weight didn't change thaaaaat much in just 7 days and I overall have a good metabolism, so we just decided not to incorporate that into the video in the end. Then we'd originally scheduled a conversation with the nutritionist afterwards but last second things got cancelled and we just didn't have time to reschedule. So we're actually recording an episode for the Yes Theory Podcast with Dr. G + another expert about our week and the consequences of it to talk more in-depth about the episode :) much love man! - Thomas

I hadn't had fast food in basically 12 years, it hit me so hard and I honestly can't explain it. Maybe it was partly psychological but after all of those meals I was just knocked out. I think I couldn't take all the fat, sodium and sugar in all of them that I usually don't eat. I also had a raging headache the 3 days following this, which I could only assume was from withdrawal from all the sugar and fat afterwards.. Overall, I definitely learned a lot from this and I've become so much more mindful of everything I eat, which I guess was the point :)

Good idea! We're in the middle of 100 days of meditation right now but hoping to have a better system in the future to give the community an opportunity to do all sorts of 100 day challenges, diet, exercise, meditation etc. :) - Thomas
