  13. @CosmicSky567 I haven't said where he has come from. Just that I can't find his brother birth record in the UK. As for his, there is one in Hertfordshire, but given the other family members it doesn't look like its the Kyle Clifford.

For the UK, most will have entitlements to Pakistani passports or have them. No birth record = born overseas hence another passport. Multiple hits? Well lots with that name, the ratio will be the same as the others. Even for those I've marked UK . That's because I find someone with that name born in the UK. Doesn't mean that was the criminal, so that comes down.
