  9. Far easier. Work out how much tax you need to pay not to be a burden on others. Change the tax code of all migrants to be that as a minimum. It's easy to implement. It is PAYE, so the state gets first dibs on the money. Next make it that migrants get no welfare. It's very simple to do. It can be done in a couple of weeks.

  10. Not True. You can still get a subsidy paid by others if you aren't on welfare. You need to make the rule you have to pay more tax than the average tax payer. Easy to implement. That average tax payer does not get welfare. But a quick fix is to cancel welfare for any migrant. But its far better to use the tax system with a minimum tax. You need to phrase it as a minimum tax to prevent access to public money. That's the EU's phrase. They just don't expect countries to implement it.  @d4n4nable

Police refused to take a crime report. Currently the professional standards department have taken the approach to drag it out passed the deadline for any prosecution That reminds me. No monthly update on the complaint, that's another complaint, this time we are up to inspector level. I've not used the no update, another complaint for a while. On one occassion it got to assistand commission level. They were a bit more politically astute and turned up to apoloigise in person. Again - too late to prosecute for dangerous driving. But hey ho.
