  5. GDPR is a SAR [Subject Access Request]. FOI is another law entirely. SARs from the police you have to be there. Clearly we weren't. Even then, I've lost count of the number of complaints I have had upheld on SARs from the police. We are talking double digits. Not that they give me the decision letter. Reminds me to escalate. For your information, I believe I hold the record for the most upheld complaints against the met in one year. FOI is another issue. The police have a special status. They will refuse because its being used for fighting crime. They will also say no because there's going to be a pending trial if he's caught.  @petemccalam5727

So here's a simple solution for migration 1. No criminals. Upon conviction, you serve your sentence, and you are deported at the end. No appeals. The conviction is sufficient. That goes for anything from drink driving upwards. If you have a criminal record you are not allowed in. What's wrong with that? 2. No discrimination. None of this 97% white EU good, 99% brown Indians bad. 3. Net contributors only. The tax code is the easy way. For those earning more, their tax codes will be higher. I would say that we should have a sponsor a migrant scheme. For people wanting to bring family here, that gives them the opportunity. For the left, its crowd funded. Lots of them think its a good idea. They can put their wealth on the line.

No special rules for any countries or groups like the 97% white EU citizens. 3. A list of safe countries, and no asylum from safe countries. 4. More consent. 5. No subsidies for corporate. I would keep quite that you are going to implement full net zero on Greens. ie. Cut off their gas. Add them to the no fly list when they have jetted off long haul. Revoke those green corporate subsidies. Similarly no welfare for migrants. They will riot so you need to do it in phases. Then change tax codes to break even levels. Lots will have to leave. So you need a replacement workforce. You start with the public sector sacking lots of them. Simple expedient, just change the funding of quangos to £1 for starter. You don't need to change the law that way. You need a migration court above the supreme court. One judge, two hand picked lay people, majority votes. Then you can add in some promises. For example, winter fuel. MPs on the take go to jail for a very very long time.
