  1. I've not been depressed but the B12 and Vit D were at rock bottom, The B12 is consistent with being checked out for Alzheimer's. I knew something was wrong. So what caused the B12 issue? It's an immune issue and the Jab causes immune changes.

  4. Her attitude made me realize it is a choice to be happy. I'm not sure I buy that. Self awareness helps. If you can work out you might be depressed, you can deal with it. One aspect I noticed was when moving to a country where I was out in the sunshine in the winter, a major change. But I suspect the shit the state dumps on you in the UK is a bigger factor.  @lilirobin7136
