  1. Section of the fraud act. You make a misleading statement leading to the risk of, or actual loss to a third party. Leaving the pension debts off the accounts is more than misleading, its false. It leads to losses to others. The public has lost 16 trillion because of that fraud, at least because its the size of the debt. The actual lose based on oportunity cost is far higher. If people had owned and invested their wealth its around the 25 trillion mark.
