  7.  @citizenVader  What's the UN got to do with it? It's very simple. For economic migrants. Three rules. 1. No criminals. 2. No discrimination 3. Net contributors only. That means no welfare and a 40K minimum tax code. No quotas. That's just saying the UN demands we import poverty.
