What should reform do about the non crime hate incidents? The swiss had the right solution when it was discovered that there was a secret department spying on the Swiss. You got the right to see your file in full [names, the works], and to have it destroyed. The politicians involved, lost their jobs and were out of office. So its a very simple thing to implement. 1. The police have to tell everyone that they have that NCHI 2. People get to turn up at a police station, collect the file. Including names. 3. People then get that data destroyed. 4. If they want they can sue for defamation.
