  2. If you have an ISA you haven't avoided tax. You've paid tax on the money going in. It's very simple. Governments have a debt and a spending problem. They are just trying to delay whilst they loot. The police won't act. To quote an officer from yesterday. "I'm not going to investigate the Prime Minister because I've got a family and a mortgage and it would be career ending"
