  1. The real issue is crime. What's needed is deportation of criminals where convicted. That also includes those with criminal records. Solves a big problem. Make that automatic. Second, poverty. Export the poverty where possible. ie. No welfare for migrants. No hotels. Zilch. Then on top a 40K a year minimum tax code means no subsidies.
