  4.  @RicardoPetrazzi  Yep. I've suggest to my local police. An operation, monday evening, mcdonalds. No many parties, fridges empty, lots of delivery jobs. You don't have to chase them. They have their apps so you can 'id' them. Are the bikes, mopeds, cars legal? Are they legal? Are they the 'account holder'? Then you keep are record of how many you have siezed and got off the road, and a list of secondary offences. The funny part. They have to cancel the job, so with 20-30 jobs going, they call come to you. When the flow stops, move onto Nandos..... Easy cheap and effective.
