  1. It's going to get worse. People will start using covert filming, where they think they aren't being filmed. The change in behaviour between when they know and when they don't is dramatic.

  2. I caught police driving a car with no MOT in Scotland. They couldn't show the police workshop had signed off on it. The result was the DLVA changed their policies because with no MOT showing, older than 3 years, its either police or its illegal. You can use that to id plain clothes cars

  3. I didn't. The issue is that anyone nefarious can easily look up and id cops. Just put the number plate in, and any older police car, and bingo, you know they are police  @blackislepeastoo

  4. The big issue with police cars, is that with no "MOT" signed off by their maintenance department, they are driving uninsured. What's needed is that police maintenance departments should be allowed to issue MOTs.  @williamcoulter5462
