@HilaryB. Almost certainly. So what's the counter when they get removed for Reform. 1. No foreigners get to vote. 2. Constituency sizes based on voter numbers, not on population numbers. All those inner city constituencies, full of migrants, well they will have to merge. The result is the end of a labour advantage. Next, I'd even say naturalised brits don't get to vote.
