  3. 50% tax on nothing is nothing. Doesn't matter what rate you impose on Non Doms. If they aren't in the UK, you aren't getting any off it. So you lose the tax you currently get, which means cuts. The left says so what if they leave. The left won't say how you fund services when they aren't paying taxes.
