  2.  @jamestuck6764  It's really bad. 10 years ago I FOI'd commons security. Could you get in without a pass or temporary pass being recorded. To sum it up, do you think we are numpties was the reply. So I asked for how many sittting days [days on which they can claim expenses] has each peer used a pass or temporary pass. First response - here is there expenses. Second response - peers can get in via the peers entrance, without their passes being recorded. I copy in the head of security, and the Clerk of Parliaments, Michael Pownal who was Bercow's equivent in the Lords. He's also responsible for paying out expenses. I pointed out one of the two wasn't being honest. I get back a state secrecy certificate, we aren't allowed to know because it would bring the lords into disrepute.
