  1. Lower taxation needs cuts to spending. Massive cuts. Start off with economic migrants. Start off with asylum claimants from safe countries. That creates some jobs. Now you decimate the public sector and you've made the jobs available. You need to do both. Then you start taxing migrants at break even levels. Most will leave because they can't afford to live in the UK without subsidies.
