Add on top what people could have had, if the had invested and owned their wealth. Then total up the two numbers, and tell people that's that they have lost. That is game over. That's the end of the swamp. Reform can do that now. You can get the data. You can pay an actuary to calculate the liabilties. Then with a bit of data you target the swing voters in seats, and send them a look-a-like letter. Looks like it HMRC. What are the swamp going to do?
