  1. 1. Want a postal vote? Take it in person to your local council, have your ID checked, get given the ballot, put it in the ballot box. 2. Cannot leave the house? A local council employee goes to you, and collects the ballot. 3. If you want to vote, you have to have ID. Other changes . No votes for foriegners. Not even naturalised ones. Constituency sizes changed to reflect the number of voters, not the number of inhabitants. Constituencies are then merged, by election held. Don't even wait until a general election. No foreigners or natualised citizens to hold any public office.
