  2. No its not. But we need changes. 1. Open primaries. Removes the power of selection committees and central party offices. You want to give them more power. 2. Right of recall without permission. 10% gets a recall vote. 3. Right of consent. You can say no to the state, but then you don't get that service [or pay for it]. 4. Referenda for core goods where everyone pays. [Police, Law, Defence, Democracy, Fire, Ambulance is about it]. You are blaming FPTP as being the cause of the mess, when its not the cause.
