  5.  @Lisbon6T7  On the election offences. That's not rumour. 1. He declared he was living at Alli's flat for the register of interests 2. For the nominition forms signed at the same time he declared he was living in the constitutency. One of those two is a crime.

  6. The declaration for member interests is correct. It's his nomination form that was fraud and an election offence.

  8.  @barriewilliams4526  On my complaint. I keep pointing out they are delaying so they can say, too late to prosecute. So the other day, I did a bit more research on case law. There was that police chief sacked for gross misconduct, lying on his CV. There's another case, went very high in the legal system. It's an offence and you have to repay under the proceeds of crime. No time limit on fraud by misrepresentation. So I added it in. Makes.
