The right to say no the state, and the state can't do anything about it. 2. I'd implement referenda by proxy. You nominate an MP, any MP as your proxy. Proxy votes are needed to pass bills. a) Corrupt MP? Change your proxy b) Policy not in the manifesto? Change your proxy. c) Not implementing a manifesto? Change your proxy d) Change your mind? Change your proxy - no need to wait 5 years Saves money, abolishes the lords in the process. 3. We need open primaries. Removes central office, selection committees are the handfull controlling things.
