Morag needs to make a subject access request for the body worn video. That's going to be very very damning, and expensive for the police. The reverse ferret, just means the person making the statement as to which law is a liar.

@johnmcdonald219 It's more complex. The basis of the situation is pension debts. Sounds really odd, so let me explain. In teh UK £16 trillion, off the books with no assets. 30% of tax goes on the debt. Wealth inequality, poverty, austerity, low take home pay all direct consequences. That debt is growing way in excess of GDP growth. In other words its not going to be paid. So think about the consequences for most people. It's dire. Really really dire. Politicians know this. They have no solutions for the public because they are the problem. There are no palatable solutions. So what do they do? a) Loot. with money you can escape on a private jet etc. b). Go authoritarian. Attack the peasants, supress the peasants. Social Credit score for example. CCTV. Not allowed to move. The solution is politicians and civil servants have their necks on the line.

@stuartb4525 Exactly. This has now been industrialised in England and Wales. Single Justice system. There's plenty of evidence of people turning up to court, only to be lied to. They then discover they have been convicted. So there needs to be a right to video all trials with some minor exceptions for things like sexual offences, and trials involving threats to others. But there's no reason why most cases the accused cannot video. There have even been cases where video exists but courts state that we won't accept the video evidence because that contradicts the police officer. Having a police officer lying means all those historical cases fall, and his career is over. We will instead convict you.

@stuartb4525 I still have SAR's waiting for videos. It's on my todo list. Complaints for no update every month on a complaint. It's now the law. Not supplying video, that is breaking the law. Repeated offences. Then on the actual video, demanding that you sign your rights away to a US corporation to access your data.

@eleanorcrawford9978 Exactly. The police have been caught with their pants down and are completely exposed. Hence the lies about what law they were using. Camera footage would be very interesting. Certainly from the custody suite. Body worn footage and video or recordings of any interview.

@JohnSmith-ux3tt People voted for the left. The socialist welfare state took 20% of people's money. Now that creates a debt, but those leftists wanted to spend the money, and they didn't. No investments, no capitalism. But that creates a problem. That debt? If its on the debt, people work out that it can't be paid. it's negative wealth. People work out that wealth inequality, low take home pay, austerity, poverty is directly caused by socialism But without that debt number, people will vote to be ripped off. With that number, what does the swamp do? Answer, run for the hills, or private jet out of the UK

@serhiyranush4420 Sure. Look at the whole of government accounts. You can get the spending on all of the debts. What you can't get is the true debt. The state just reports the money owed to its banker mates. The money owed to the peasants isn't reported. So can you find the pension debts on the balance sheet? Of course you can't along with most of the other debts. The Bernie Maddoff School of Accounting is rife in the civil service.

@serhiyranush4420 You don't Here are the debts. 1. Borrowing 2. State pension 3. Civil service pension 4. Unpaid wages 5. Unpaid invoices 6. The EU 7. Expected losses on insurance contracts 8. Expected damages [Post office, NHS etc] 9. Nuclear clean up [paid up front, state pays for the work] 10. Expected losses on guarantees. I'll start you on number 1. The debt management office publishes a number. It will open at 2.47817 trillion tomorrow morning "Total Amount Outstanding (including inflation uplift for index-linked gilts) = £2,478.17 billion nominal" That's from their website, gilts in issue report. Amazing that the number for the debts owed to MP's bankers mates is published. Can you find any of the other 9? If not, why not?
