  2. Change it to behaviour. When you generalise to all muslims, you've lost. That's Starmer's game plan. So deport criminals who have foriegn nationality. He can't argue against that. Put a no recourse to public funds, a 40K minimum tax on migrants. It's an EU rule. He can't object. Does that get what you want? Of course it does. Don't fall for his trap.
