  1. Migration is driving up prices for housing because you cannot build enough that fast to cope with the inflow. Second factor. When you QE and push interest rates down, prices go up, because people buy on the basis of monthly cost. That's interest rate * purchase price.. Low interest rates = housing prices get inflated.
