  1. It works the other way. Take NY. If your property is 5% the size of Trumps, then your tax bill is reduced to 5% of Trumps. So you take the valuation they had of Trumps property. Calculate yours at 5% of that. Now you go for the reduction in your property tax bill, and the return of past overpayments with interest. Millions of people should do that.
