Police said the motive for that remained unclear. The victim eh? He was cleared of attempted murder but found guilty of wounding with intent and racially aggravated public order offences after abusing the officers following a trial at Birmingham Crown Court So how do you not convict of attempted murder with the video evidence? He was sentenced to 12 years in prison, out in 6 So the "victim" needs to be jailed for knife crime. The Jury need to have their bank statements checked. The Judge needs a brain transplant.

  9. I've been doing some research. I'm off to plod tomorrow. Now I expect plod to try and fob me off. Not recording it etc. Problem for plod is I'm an expert at complaints with the police. I've one going to the IOPC for review. That's extremely rare because its nomally the PCC. I've another two in the pipeline where MOPAC has already broken the law, so they will be going to the IOPC for review and MOPAC will lose. That results in the IOPC having to investigate, for a change. So what's going to happen? They will protect Starmer and not record the offences. I've already won cases on not recording crime so they are going to be bang to rights. The only question do I give the police the heads up tomorrow.

  10. It is the key problem. Criminal goes to court. Says my rights have been abused. Court agrees with them. Consequence of that, someone else's rights are abused. Consider the McNugget case. Since his father has never been charged, that's' a very odd statement to make. But it is consistent with your statement. That Stamer was Celestin Ugirashebuja personal lawyer, an architect of the genocide leads credence to it. That an Anaclet Rudakubana was one of the governors that ordered/coordinated the 1994 genocide. Apparently he disappeared years ago at around the same time that Alphonse Rudakubana turned up in the UK? Cooincidence?
