  1. It is the key problem. Criminal goes to court. Says my rights have been abused. Court agrees with them. Consequence of that, someone else's rights are abused. Consider the McNugget case. Because junior doesn't like McNuggets we know have to hand over our money to him so he lives in the UK> That needs to change. You should not be allowed to enforce your rights at the expense of violating someone else's rights.
