  1. I'll give you one. Police refuse to deal with mass criminality by cyclists. Instead they go after car drivers, unless that driver is a police officer. I've a clear example, with the complaint upheld. They still refused to fine the officer for doing the same thing a tescos van was doing, at the same time, and getting a fine from a police officer.
