  1. I see one other problem. If you are doing a cross wind landing, you need to kick the rudder to straighten. No front wheel on the ground, you can't steer. If you touch the front wheel down, you will probably end up with major lateral forces which could cause the nose gear to collapse. The advice should include a go around instruction if that happens.
