I bet they now have a "we can change our T&C at anytime and not tell you" clause added.

In this case sue them back for the difference. How are they going to argue they got it wrong? They have provided the evidence.

Wrong. On your PC, who is the data controller [or your company for a work computer] ? It's you. How you configure your Browser is your data. Your saying because your company uses a google product, google is their data controller.

It needs a windows, linux and iphone variant.

In this case, I would be going for the difference between fine and money they cancelled. Demand it as a cheque. Or Sue them. Extort them back.

You are wrong. Your data is yours. Extrapolate from what you say. Because you are not a corporate, then anyone can access your computer and take any data you have there.

@chkn_boy The question is what needs to change? 1. Permits and the extortion/bribes that goes with it. 2. Taxes 3. Valuations. If the property generates zero income, its value is zero. Now see what your mortgage lender does.
3
@StoneysWorkshop Why? That's the key question Answer, they have run up, and hidden pension debts. The Bernie Maddoff approach. Work out the debt, the consequences and it becomes clear.
3
In the meantime, go for the refund. Evidence? Well they supplied it. @Acecool
3
@nichderjeniche That's not the big issue. The big issue is removing/shadow banning and not providing the reasons why. Second is when you report clear scams, they are left up.
3
I think if you start making serious complaints, complaints about the complaints, after reading the rules you can run them up for more than $1600 @Twisted_Joke

What else do you have in mind to repair for the 1st of April? See the lock picking lawyer for his April 1st specials.

That's why they got a discount

On the pavement at speed is another.

The problem I think goes back to cycle seats. They obviously put pressure in a certain location. That travels up the spinal column. That then passes through the optic nerve and causes red green colour blindness. Remember a lot of those driving the cars are also cyclists by their own admission. @cherryvapr6969

8.5 million, they can make that work.

How do you take things down from archive sites?

Start of last year, just up the road from me, a woman was killed, the flat gutted. 2 men managed to escape, naked out of the burning building. The EV bike went up in smoke.

On the disposal, my local council recycling centre, in London, will take them. They are stored separately.

If the developer has no youtube account, then its not bound by youtube's terms and conditions. It's not a party to any contract.

Go for the refund. The idea of the framed cheque on the wall has to be a winner. @irakatski

I think I can spot the delusion. Serve the public. ROFL. @tin2001

Personally, QI is a question of fact. That should be for the jury to decide, not a judge. What that means, is that over time, it will be abolished. @edwinmartin9120

Freetube will start buffering all your subscriptions. Who cares if you download and don't watch.

Amazing how their algos ban sensible posts but allows through scams.
1
@4m4n40 Certainly.
1
That can only take place if state bureaucracy allows it.

@clray123 A good example is banking. A bank goes wrong. Politicians ask bankers what's the solution. More regulation they say. Politicians love that, more power for them. But it also means they take responsibility next time it goes wrong, invariablely because of those regulations, and now they have to bail out the banks. If not the voters get rid of them because they lost money. The incumbant banks love it. Another 10,20 million on regulation cost. Goes on the customer's bills. Since its a fixed cost, how many new banks can afford 10 million on the regulation, just to get going? None. So they have used politicians to stamp out competition.

In the UK, if you paid by credit card, my view is that you have a right to a refund from the credit card company, which hits the camera company hard. Refunds is what they hate having to pay.

Not only is it not buying their product. You have to write to the CEO, ideally copying in lots of people, stating they are off your list and why.
1
The solution is direct democracy, were you and and I get to decide on policies, one by one, and politicians job is to implement those decisions. On top one modification is needed. Every one has the right of explicit informed consent.
1
One off credit cards. You pay the company. It creates a one off card. Then the card doesn't exist.
