  1. When you go shopping in the zone, make a note of the shop's address. Then write a letter to them, with a copy to your local councilor apologising, saying that as of the 1st of June, you won't be a customer of theirs anymore because of the zone. Thank them for their past services. If a just a few hundred did that, then councilors get very worried.
