The petition website is down. 12 September for the Committee chairman being appointed. Then its party season. Then elections to get on the committee. Then they party, then they may allow petitions. In the case of petitions like this they will claim its about a single person and that's not allowed. They will cover it up and ban criticism of our Glorious leader.
