  6. depends on who is doing the thinking. Psychopathy is not super common. its rare for people to become one it needs horrible circumstances. Or they have keep murdering people . which is also rare.

  8. its not an evolutionary trait. People like that do extremely bad in human societies in general. its a genetic defect or degeneration. Possibly of bad ancestry and murderers who had bad choices in life.
