My daughter once told me (she's not even a teenager), "I wish I was born a boy". Both my wife and myself gently corrected her. Fact is, she didn't have any sort of gender disphoria. She was just a kid, ignorant of what she said. Now imagine the government barged in with guns and demanded she get a surgery! Well, there'd be some dead government agents in the backyard.

@skeelatheskink8724 , she wasn't certain. She was 7. Jesus Christ. The very idea that we even consider whether a little kid is serious about such a life changing event is part of the problem. The idea that we even lie to children, as a society, and tell them they can change their biological sex, is part of the problem.

@jenkemp , YHWH never made anyone wrong. He knew us before He made us in the womb, and I assure He had already decided what biological sex would hold our angelic spirit.

@leodwinak , yes, that's the logic of a child. Sister's logic: "The boys get ice cream! I want to be a boy!" Adult logic: "No, the boys earned their ice cream. It's a reward for hard work all day." Abusive parent logic today: "GET HIM - DAUGHTER IS A HIM NOW - HORMONES AND STERILIZE DAUGHTER!"
